Notts Officials In FA Cup

In a good week for Nottinghamshire Referees after Andrew Dallison got the call up to run the line during Saturday’s FA Premier League match between Sheffield United and Burnley there are more appointments this time in the FA Cup for the counties top officials.

Warsop Official David Hunt who was assistant referee at Wembley in May during the Vanarama National League Playoff final between Salford City & AFC Fylde has been given a tasty first round tie between Wrexham and Rochdale at the Racecourse Ground whilst both David Plowright and Ian Dudley will officiate the match between Salford and Burton Albion.

Kenwyn Hughes will officiate the Stourbridge v Eastleigh tie whilst Alistair Nelson will be involved in Nantwich Town’s game against AFC Fylde. Finally Hristo Karaivanov who last year famously wore shoes during a boxing day game between Tranmere and Morecambe to run the line after forgetting his boots will be one of the officials for the match between Milton Keynes Dons and Port Vale.

Good luck to all our counties officials over the weekend.
