Stapleford Town hold a slender, two-point advantage, atop of the Euro Soccer Nottinghamshire Senior League Premier Division, ahead of joint-second duo, Keyworth United and Woodthorpe Park Rangers, all three collecting wins.
Surafel Tefera was at the double for the league leaders, as they saw off visitors, third-bottom Bilborough Town, 3-0, thus claiming their fifth win in eight so far this season, Jack Upton also registering.
Keyworth meanwhile, ahead on goal-difference from Woodthorpe, made the trip to Gregory Boulevard, emerging with a 5-1 win over FC Cavaliers, Daniel Chadwick scoring twice alongside efforts from Jahred Russell, Thomas Siswick, and substitute Adam Wright, whilst Woodthorpe won 3-2 at home to AFC Dunkirk.
The games between Ravenshead, away to Wollaton, and FC Sez, home to Cotgrave, finished 4-2, and there was a 3-0 win for Sandiacre Town away to Aslockton & Orston; Liam McCormack and Sam McElroy both scored braces for FC Sez, each registering per half in the win.
The remaining game in the Premier Division would see Awsworth Villa and Southwell City share the spoils in a 2-2 draw as the hosts finished with ten men.
Plenty of goals were registered in Division One, seventeen being shared between the two Beeston clubs, as leaders Beeston, they won 7-1 away to Kirton Brickworks, Benjamin Knight with a hat-trick, including two penalties and an assist, for the victors; Beeston Old Boys Association meanwhile, they went nap and hit visitors Pythia for ten without reply.
Moving into sixth place, the 10-0 win would see goals come from Shaun Smith (3), two apiece for Charles Halford and Joe Stanway, and solo efforts from Kevin Bersch, Gavin Carr, and Shaun Rice; West Bridgford meanwhile, are sandwiched in a tight, top seven, after they won 5-0 away to Meden Vale Colts, Devontel Gibson with a brace.
Radcliffe won by the same score, they registering five away to Kimberley Miners Welfare without reply as Michael Moussa scored twice, Bassey Olson, Ed Smyth, and substitute Christian Montezola also netting.
There was one game played in the Notts Senior League Senior Cup, Attenborough winning 3-1 away to Gedling Southbank, the hosts netting through Alexander Clarson, Attenborough progressing with goals from Harry Bailey, Benjamin Maxwell and Leyton Wright.
The goals continued to flow further down the league, notably in Division Two South, as East Leake Robins hit fourteen, and Fenwood Foxes eleven, in their respective wins.
The Robins saw off hosts Beeston Reserves with hat-tricks from Mason Ball and Joseph Trimble, braces from Michael Carpenter, Thomas Hardy and Ashley May, whilst Nathan Ball, and substitute Hames Dalton, also chipped in; the consolations for the hosts arrived through Luke Barron, and another sub, Benjamin Williams.
In the North, Bestwood Colliery won 5-1 at home to Shirebrook Soldiers to move into top spot, Jake Fisher with a hat-trick, Macauley Tinsley and Thomas Teer also registering, whilst Nottingham Community jumped into second place with a 4-3 win at home to AFC Cresswell, and Phoenix Inham joint third winning by the same at home to Trent Vineyard.
Lower down the NSL, the standout in the Foundation Division was the nine-goal thriller at South Notts, they losing 5-4 at home to Carlton Town Lions, Aaron Sisson with a hat-trick with a hat-trick for the victors.
