County Draw Cobblers In Cup
National League side Notts County have been drawn against Northampton Town in the second round of the FA Cup after beating Ebbsfleet United in dramatic last minute fashion at the weekend.
The Magpies who won 3-2 thanks to an injury time Ben Turner goal and two from Kyle Wootton will travel down the M1 to League Two Northampton after the Cobblers beat Chippenham Town 3-0 in round one.
After beating Chorley 1-0 on Saturday at Field Mill Mansfield Town will visit Shrewsbury or Bradford who will replay after drawing 1-1 at the New Meadow in what could be a tricky looking away tie for the Stags.
The ties are to be played weekend commencing Friday 29th November with the winners joining those in the top two tiers of English football including Nottingham Forest in round three.
