Even at this early stage of the season, just two sides have a 100% record in the Euro Soccer Nottinghamshire Senior League Premier Division, with both Borrowash Victoria and Woodthorpe Park Rangers boasting two wins from two.
However, it’s Sandiacre Town, also unbeaten, who top the top, having played a game more, they having defeated mid-table visitors, Wollaton, 3-1 on Saturday afternoon, Joshua Mundell with a brace for the early pacesetters.
Second placed Borrowash, and third place Woodthorpe, both collected narrow wins at the weekend, also at home, when seeing off Aslockton & Orston (3-2), and West Bridgford Colts II (1-0) respectively, whilst the only other, undefeated side in the top division, is fourth place Stapleford Town, they winning 1-0 away to Awsworth Villa.
Other results in the top division would see Basford Community win 2-1 at home to FC Sez on Friday night, whilst Cotgrave won 2-0 away to Ravenshead, and Radcliffe Olympic and Dunkirk shared the spoils in a 1-1 draw the following day.

Several sides remain undefeated early on in Division One, but its Hucknall Town Reserves who lead the way with three-from-three, they having edged a seven-goal thriller away to Bestwood Colliery to keep their noses in front; a game which would see six, different scorers, it would be the victors Trevell Lindo who’d keep the leaders in front with a brace.
Kirton Brickworks are second with two-from-two after they dismissed visiting FC Geordie, 6-3, Jack Keenan March with a five-goal haul as Beeston collected their first win (adding to two draws) with a 1-0 home result against Kimberley Reserves.
East Leake Robins would top score with an 8-1 home win over Stapleford Town Reserves as Mason Ball helped himself to four, and Ashley Way two, whilst Bingham Town won 5-1 against visitors Gedling Southbank, AC United defeated Meden Vale Colts 2-1, and Southwell City Reserves won 1-0 at home to Ruddington Village, Thomas Robinson netting the decisive goal.
Fewer games have been played in both Division Two, and Division Three, the former seeing that of West Bridgford Colts III and Keyworth United Reserves with four points apiece from their opening two matches.
The pair would be seen to play out a 3-3 draw under the Friday night lights, at Keyworth, the hosts netting through Conor Pauley (2) and Joshua Till, whilst the visitors hit back via Kayne McKenna Crofts (2) and Kieran Clarke.
That game set the tone for Saturday’s matches, which also featured a further two, 3-3 draws, Bull Farm United being held by visitors Pythian, and Calverton Miners Welfare the same with visitors Carlton Town Lions, they all holding tenth to thirteenth in the table.
Both Blidworth Welfare Reds (third) and Shirebrook Soldiers (sixth), netted five goals apiece, the former winning 5-2 away to South Notts, James Henry with a hat-trick, and the latter 5-1 at home to AJ Sports with Kieran Darby bagging a brace.
There would also be a pair of braces netted as FC Mansfield won 4-2 away to Rushcliffe, Ryan Dakin for the victors, and Kieren Brittan for the hosts.
Trent Vineyard meanwhile, they’re one of three with maximum points in Division Three, easing to a comfortable, 10-0 win, away to Phoenix Inham, netting five in each half; Lewis Cutts would net a thirty minute hat-trick, Chris Hudson adding three in just seventeen minutes, both doing so either side of the interval.
Alongside the double trebles, further goals would be added via Richard Edgson-Jones, George Bradley, James Beaven, and substitute Immanuel Dube; Vineyard find themselves sandwiched between Southwell City Development and Cotgrave Reserves.
Southwell Devs registered a 6-0 win at home to Carlton Town Lions Blue as Harry Eastgate bagged four, and Robson Hazard two, whilst Cotgrave’s second string, they won 3-2 at home to Ravenshead Reds.
And still the goals continued to flow, eleven at The Rossoneri as they saw off AFC Bull Farm 8-3; Pass Move Grin Reserves won 8-0 against visiting Eastwood & Kimberley, the visitors having endured a tough start to the season when conceding fifteen in their opening two matches; and AFC Colsterworth S&SC won 4-2 when hosting Elston United.
