Another Signing For Reds Women

Nottingham Forest Women have made another new exciting signing for the season ahead as 18 year old Niamh Reynolds becomes the fifth incoming star of the last week.

The Republic of Ireland youth international checks in from Reading of the Womens Super League and will provide the Reds with a dynamic young hungry attacking midfielder as they look to push for promotion from the National League.

Reynolds who is a product of the Reading Academy has made the bench on several occasions for the Royals and although still early on in her development will offer Forest a bright young prospect with a new dimension in pushing forward on the attack. On signing the Irish star said on her first show at training “I’m really excited about starting a new journey here at Forest. They’re a great team and I can’t wait for the season to begin.”

With Reynolds sharing studying duties at Nottingham Trent University with her on pitch antics at NFFC her new Manager Andy Cook stated he’s “Really pleased to have Niam with us, excited to see her work this season & another great example of the partnership we have with NTUWFC.”

The club are in action on Thursday with Niamh amongst others hopeful of making their debuts in a friendly match at Oxford United.
