Stronge Signing for Nottingham

Nottingham Rugby have announced the signing of yet another new player as the Green and Whites continue to add a much changed attire to the 2020/21 squad roster.

This time scrum-half Michael Stronge heads the way of the Bay as the 22 year old Northern Irishman signs following spells in his homeland at Ballymena and Ulster.

Having also played for Irelands Rugby 7s team Stronge offers an exciting array of armour and at 5ft7in and 82kg is a slight quick handed player that can be a slippery opponent to handle.

Nottingham Head Coach Neil Fowkes stating “We’re delighted to be able to attract Michael to the club. He is a young lad who is willing to learn and adapt to the Championship game, but also to our style of play.”

“Despite his young age, he’s picked up vital experience with Ulster and Ireland 7s. We’re looking forward to seeing him go.”
